Cockapoo Puppy Guarantee
Your cockapoo is guaranteed to be in good health and free of life threatening diseases at the time of delivery. (this does not include stess induced problems that can occur such as coccidia, giardia, hypoblycemia, and worms) I recommend that the new owner take the puppy to the veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery. If a life-threatening, congenital problem is found at this time, buyer may return the puppy along with a report from their veterinarian, to breeder for replacement with next available puppy of the same value. No cash refunds are given for any reason.
Your puppy is also guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects (example: heart, liver, kidney) until one year of age. If within that period your puppy is found to have such a congenital defect, the buyer may return puppy along with a report from their veterinarian to breeder for replacement with next available puppy of the same value. Should a death occur within this period, an autopsy at the buyers expense must be performed to determine if cause is a congenital defect. If the death was caused by a congenital defect the breeder would replace the puppy with the next available puppy of the same value. Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian or shipping expenses.
Your puppy can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to new home, changing diets etc. and this can bring on problems including hypoglycemia, worms, coccidian, giardia etc. Breeder has no control over puppy’s environment at this time and these things are the buyers responsibility. Seller will not replace your puppy or give a refund of purchase price for common puppy problems such as fleas, ticks, lice, coccidia, giardia, intestinal parasites, ear mites, or other such parasites, or other stress-induced problems. Seller will not pay any vet bills incurred by Buyer for any reason.
Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, un-descended testicle, kidney/bladder/urinary tract infection, under-bite or over-bite, luxating patella. Buyer understands that replacement option or refund of purchase price is only valid when health problems are attributed to a heredity problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness.
Your puppy has been raised on Royan Cannin Mini Puppy. Breeder does not recommend changing the diet of you puppy.
Breeder will estimate size/personality/color as accurately as possible but these things are not guaranteed. Too many factors are involved that breeder has no control over such as diet and environment.

Warranty will be null and void if your pet is not spayed or neutered by 6 months of age (unless in the Guardian Program) or if you choose to use any Banfield vet offices that are located in Pet Smart. Please choose a local vet with a private practice for more individual care of your puppy.
